These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you”, “your” or the “user”) and 11xplay (“11xplay”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and govern your access to and use of the website located at 11xplays.it.com, its interactive cricket tools, any optional free account and the 11xplay Android application (together, the “Service”). 4. Use of the Tools
11xplay provides a set of free, interactive cricket tools for practice, learning and entertainment, which may include the XI Team Picker, the Run Chase Visualizer and the Player Stats Lookup. These tools are provided for recreational and illustrative purposes only.
All player names, ratings, statistics, form indicators and other data shown within the tools are entirely fictional and are generated or curated for demonstration. They do not represent real players, real match data, real performance records or any form of factual information. Nothing produced by the tools constitutes sporting, betting, financial, investment or professional advice of any kind, and no outcome shown by any tool is a prediction, recommendation or guarantee of any real-world result. You should not make any decision, wager or transaction in reliance on the tools.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Service by, any third party. In particular, you agree that you will not:
- use the Service in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;
- access the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or malicious purpose;

7. The 11xplay App / APK
We may make an Android application available for the Service. You should only ever install the 11xplay app from an official link that we provide to you directly — for example, a link we share with you over WhatsApp or from our APK page. We are not responsible for any version of the app obtained from third-party APK mirrors, unofficial stores or any other source, which may be modified, out of date or unsafe.
The app is provided on an “as is” basis, free of charge, and is intended for Android devices only and for users aged 18 and above. Any app version, size, rating or specification shown on the Service is illustrative. Your use of the app is subject to these Terms and to any additional rules presented within the app itself. We may update, change or discontinue the app at any time without notice.
8. Third-Party Links & Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, applications or services that are not owned or controlled by 11xplay — for example, our support channel on WhatsApp or external social platforms. These links are provided for your convenience only.
We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices, terms or availability of any third-party site or service. Accessing any linked third-party resource is entirely at your own risk, and we recommend that you review the applicable terms and privacy policies of any third party before using it. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by 11xplay.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties or representations of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. 10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall 11xplay, its owners, operators, contributors or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary loss or damage, including without limitation loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.
